MEMBERSHIP IN THE FRIENDS OF THE VERNON MUSEUM
Constituted on November 30th, 1999, the Friends of the Vernon Museum serve as a support group to the museum and assist in organizing selected volunteer programs and fundraising activities along with the presentation of lectures, workshops, and other public events.
The Vernon Museum relies on a variety of funding sources in order for it to operate. Your membership in the Friends of the Vernon Museum enables us to effectively share our collections, exhibitions and programs with visitors from around the Okanagan, province, and the world each year, helping the widest possible audience understand, appreciate, and enjoy our region’s rich and varied history.
